6. Objective of the Work: To hire a contractor to provide maintenance and inspection services which includes preventive and corrective work for the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system on an ongoing basis. This includes quarterly maintenance and inspection service of all HVAC components, VAV's, and Air extractors. Additionally, the contactor will be performing monthly/biannual maintenance of all the wall mounted air-conditioning units.
