The objective of this initiative is to deliver a ceiling of thirty-eight successful, streamlined webinars by leveraging third-party expertise in casting. This includes handing off webinar preparation, coordination and delivery to a Contractor. The result will be further connecting, engaging and educating various communities in Canada.
Services required are the planning and webcasting of a ceiling of thirty-eight live webinar events to be held in Fiscal Years 22-23 to 24-25, with option years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, including live interpretation and polling function. This also includes coordination and delivery of the necessary training and rehearsal with presenters to ensure a successful event. The events will be fully bilingual. Recordings of both English and French webinars in MP4 format are required following the event.
