    Description of the Requirement:

    The Big Bar Landslide Response team, within Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), is responsible for remediating the impact of a landslide on the Fraser River, approximately 100 kilometres north of Lillooet, BC. Despite extensive efforts to date, the migration of salmon continues to be affected by the remnants of the slide. Based on the west coast, within the Pacific Region, the team is tasked with executing mitigation operations and establishing a long term solution to salmon passage at the slide site. To assist with this work, the team requires project management support.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 May 2022 to 31 March 2023.

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 200 days per resource for up to 2 resources
