Description of the Requirement:

Prairies Economic Development Canada (PrairiesCan) is the department that diversifies the economy across the Canadian Prairies. PrairiesCan leads in building a strong, competitive Canadian economy by supporting business, innovation and community economic development unique to Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Pacific Economic Development Canada (PacifiCan) is the regional development agency focused on British Columbia’s evolving economy. PacifiCan leads in building a strong, competitive Canadian economy by supporting business, innovation and community economic development unique to British Columbia.

PrairiesCan & PacifiCan delivered on the Government’s Regional Relief and Recovery Fund (RRRF). The RRRF was a $2 billion Canada-wide fund to help keep afloat businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic that are unable to access other federal pandemic support programs. Further details on the RRRF is available in the attached Terms of Reference.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from date of award to one year thereafter inclusive.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort to complete the work described in the contract is 100 days.
