Title: Mini Split Air Conditioners for High Commission in Georgetown, Guyana
Description:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFAIT) requires one (1) contract for the supply, delivery and installation of forty-four (44) new mini split air conditioners units to the High Commission of Canada to Georgetown, Guyana as described in the Statement of Work (Annex A).
The Work is to be performed from the contract award date, tentatively set for June 1st, 2022 to August 31, 2022. However, in the event of unusual circumstances, the contract could be awarded at a sooner or later date.
There are no Security requirements associated with this requirement, however, Contractor’s personnel shall be escorted and placed under supervision of the High Commission of Canada at all times during the performance of the Work.
Basis of selection:
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
