Description of Work:
The Horizontal Service Modernization (HSM) team is responsible for the acquisition, implementation, configuration and support of horizontal enterprise technologies, encouraging multi-branch collaboration across all of the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). The HSM team requires informatics and technology professional services to support the operations and/or projects in two technology suites, being: Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle BMP suite.
In order to fully support the operations under one of the two technologies the services of an Application Software Architect- Level 3 (ASA L3) are required. The contractor must lead and/or participate in the operations and maintenance of HSM solutions, as well as the planning and implementation of HSM projects
The work is not being performed by a contracted resource but there has been an incumbent in this position during the last 24 months.
