This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region.
This is a re-solicitation of previous bid solicitation number 21120-22-3965737 dated March 10th, 2022 with a closing of March 25th, 2022 at 2:00pm EST.
Trade agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada Korea Trade Agreement (CKTA) and Canada free trade agreements with Chile/Colombia/Honduras/Panama.
Tendering procedures: The suppliers listed in this notice and qualified under the Professional Audit Support Services supply arrangement have been invited to submit a bid.

COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement
This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the bid will render the bid non-responsive.
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to carry out an audit on the Quebec Region education service delivery model. This evaluation is expected to determine the most cost-effective model for Canadian taxpayers, as well as identify the model that best supports CSC in the delivery of education programs and the reintegration of offenders into the community.
Objectives: To analyze the Quebec Region education service delivery model and objectively provide CSC with a recommendation on the most cost-effective model for Canadian taxpayers.
Deliverables: a final Audit Report and Deck summarizing findings and providing a recommendation as to the model that CSC should employ in the Quebec Region moving forward.
