TBIPS - Database Modellers and Business Analyst

The Spectrum Management Operations Branch (DGSO) in the Spectrum and Telecommunications Sector (STS) of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) requires technical consultation, to help with detailed technical requirements ,architecture and platform and applications development of an internal project called Spectrum Cloud Platform (SCP).

This SCP is a system of devices and information management solutions implemented in the Cloud. It integrates with an existing Spectrum Management System (SMS) and on-premise database complementing it to add additional capabilities. SCP also involves the deployment and integration of new spectrum monitoring subsystems which include field equipment to provide data for analysis as part of ISED’s mandate for spectrum management.

The organization is in the phase of integrating on-premise data from the legacy system with SCP as well as developing the requirements and designs for the spectrum monitoring platform. To address this challenge we are seeking contractors/business analyst, on an ‘as needed’ basis, to assist in the solution design and project implementation. The work will be task-based and driven by the project leaders, based on expertise and/or skill sets of the staff and contractors.

ISED requires the services of a Senior Database Modeller / Information Management Modeller to work with ISED delivery teams and assist them with executing and delivering digital solutions hosted in the protected B cloud environment, as identified in each Task Authorization (TA).

ISED requires the services of an Intermediate Database Modeller / Information Management Modeller to work with ISED delivery teams and assist them with executing and delivering digital solutions hosted in the protected B cloud environment, as identified in each Task Authorization (TA).

ISED requires the services of a Senior Business Analyst to work with ISED delivery teams and assist them with executing and delivering digital solutions as identified in each Task Authorization (TA).
