Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following categories:
Stream 1 (A) Applications Services
One (1) A.6 Programmer/Software Developer, Level 3.
All qualified SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.
Description of Work:
The Department of National Defence (DND), specifically Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) has a non-recurring requirement for one (1) Senior Software Developer, in support of communications electronic countermeasures (ECM) activities.
There is no contract currently in place for this requirement.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #20 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: FSC Secret
Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret
