RFP Scope:
FCC’s Information Technology (IT) team is accountable for enabling and delivering IT Services to FCC’s community and enterprise leaders to enable execution excellence. To effectively meet its business objectives, FCC often augments its internal staff. As part of this RFP, FCC will select a list of Vendors who will reside on our Pre-Qualified (PQ) List for upcoming Statement of Work(s) (SOWs) that require third party resources capable of delivering Workday Professional Services support.
As of 2018, Workday is FCC’s system of record for all HR data and as of 2022 Adaptive Planning is FCC’s system for all planning
FCC currently utilizes the following Workday modules:

Recruiting
Adaptive Planning
In addition to the current modules, FCC is looking to further enhance it’s Workday ecosystem by implementing new modules and or enhancements in the near future that may include:
HCM
People Analytics
Talent Marketplace/Career Hub
Case Management
Workday Adaptive Insights:
Enhanced Headcount & Workflow Planning and Reporting
Enhanced Financial Statements and additional financial models
Enhanced Project planning
Enhanced Operational Target Setting
The objective of the RFP is to establish a list of Prequalified Vendors that FCC can leverage for the successful implementation or enhancements of Workday modules via third party professional services. FCC is looking for vendors with a robust practice in Workday HR or Workday Adaptive Planning or both.

RFP closing date and time: July 8, 2022at 2:00 PM *

FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
