Description of Work:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, trade and Development (DFATD) seeks support to provide programme and benefits management expertise in the design and implementation of a programme management framework in the form of a transition team to lead the design and support the implementation of the framework; and to support the implementation and operational use of the framework through the provision of supporting standards, processes and templates.
The Contractor will design and create the framework based on the needs and requirements of DFATD anchored in the best practice guides Managing Successful Programme (MSP ®) and Management of Portfolios (MOP ®) which will be agreed and signed off by DFATD prior to implementation, as defined in Appendix “A”, Statement of Work, for a period commencing from date of Contract award to June, 2023.
