The High Commission of Canada (HCC) to South Africa requires landscaping and grounds maintenance services at their Chancery and at the Official Residence located in Pretoria.
Chancery building is located at 1103 Arcadia St., Hatfield, Pretoria and the Official Residence at 40 Doreen, Colbyn, Pretoria.
The services required at the Chancery covers an approximate area of 2,839 m2 as for the Official Residence the area is approximately 11,611 m2.
The objective of this requirements is to provide professional landscaping and grounds maintenance services as per industry standards and best practices. The services included, but not limited to, all personnel, materials, labour, supervision, tools, equipment and other items related to the services described within the present document.
