NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence (DND), more specifically Canadian Forces Health Services Group (CF H Svcs Gp), has a requirement for the supply of Video Endoscopy Systems (VES) for upper gastrointestinal (upper GI) and lower gastrointestinal (lower GI) endoscopies, with an option to purchase additional units and accessories over a three (3) year period. The initial order (Core Requirement) includes three (3) regular navigation colonoscopies, one (1) slim navigation colonoscope, three (3) regular gastroscopes, and accessories, and must be delivered to Halifax NS by 01 September 2022, or as soon as possible.
There is also a requirement to provide Operator, Reprocessing and Technical Service Training and an Annual Endoscopes services protection plan to the CF H Svcs Gp.
Delivery of the optional requirements will be made to delivery point(s) specified at Appendix 2 of Annex A of the Contract.
The contract period will be from the date of Contract Award to 01 June 2027.

Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
