Description of the Requirement:

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement to obtain the services of a Senior Change Management Consultant to develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and a framework for CSC National Headquarters Post-Pandemic Return to Work (RTW) strategy.

Level of Security Requirement:

This Contract does not include any security requirements.

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract Award Date to June 30^th, 2023 with the option to extend the term of the Contract for one (1) additional one (1) year period.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 180 days per year.
