Description of Work:
Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development is building a pool of resources that have experience in the planning, discovery, conceptualization, documenting and advising clients on digitization of business processes and policies into digital solutions. DFATD is also looking to leverage a product-centric view in certain cases to focus on community-driven value
The Business solutions division aims to provide clients with Project Executives and Business Analysis resources to help the business better identify opportunities to transform and improve their digital posture and their legacy processes. In addition, the intention is to work with clients to get a clear picture of their roadmap and establish a technology strategy aligned with their organizational constraints and needs that will focus on benefits.
