TITLE: Special Advisor to the Commander RCAF

GSIN: R019AB: Professional Services / Program Advisory Services

This requirement is for the Department of National Defence (DND).

For the services of: One (1) Special Advisor to the Comd. RCAF.

Number of Contracts:

This bid solicitation is intended to result in the award one (1) contract for one (1) year, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.

Requirement:

The Department of National Defense, and the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) Commander (Comd) requires the services of one (1) Special Advisor (SA) to provide strategic-level advice, administrative support and planning support to the RCAF Comd as well as other senior level managers and decision makers on RCAF issues.  

Security Requirement:

Supplier Security Clearance required: FSC - Secret

Security Level required (Document Safeguarding): None

For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
