Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC) for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for the professional services of the following: One (1) category 5.4 Professional Engineer (P. Eng) at the Senior Level, one (1) category 5.4 Professional Engineer (P. Eng) at the Intermediate Level and one (1) category 5.4 Professional Engineer (P. Eng) at the Junior Level to conduct a study on decentralized water and wastewater systems in First Nations communities.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: DOS (Reliability)
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability
Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: Protected B
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement, Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement, and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2023.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 125 days.
