DESCRIPTION OF THE PROCUREMENT:
 - Demolition of existing building
- Removal of existing septic system
- Construction of a new building with the following characteristics

  • 11 sq.m. coatroom 
  • 4 toilets
  • 1 surveillance room of 16 sq.m.

- Construction of a new septic tank
- Landscaping around the new building
- Restoration of the premises

DURATION OF CONTRACT: Complete the Work for no later than June 9, 2023.

BASIS OF SELECTION: Lowest compliant bidder.

Enquiries regarding this tender must be submitted in writing to the following: Sr. Procurement Advisor, Allan Lapensée, allan.lapensee@ncc-ccn.ca e-mail address as early as possible within the solicitation period. Except for the approval of alternative materials as described in GI15 of the General Instructions to Bidders, enquiries should be received no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer not being provided.

A NON-MANDATORY site visit will be held on Thursday, July 21st, 2022 at 9am, EDT. The meeting place will be on site in Gatineau Park, end of chemin Sincennes at Lac La Pêche, Gatineau, Québec. Google maps: https://goo.gl/maps/nnQqGM1TDh5AUJJA8

All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit
