    Description

    As part of the Strategic Tanker Transport Capability (STTC) project the Government of Canada is acquiring a fleet of aircraft to replace the CC-150 Polaris. As part of this project, Canada has purchased used A330-200 aircraft which will be converted to serve as multirole aircraft within the STTC fleet. The aircraft are expected to arrive in Canada in winter 2023 and will be used for strategic airlift purposes until modification to military specifications.

    The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for training of A330-200 aircrews. This Request for Proposal (RFP) has been divided into training Work Packages. Bidders may bid on any or all Work Package(s).

    Each Work Package is conditionally limited to Canadian Content.

    All training will be conducted in English and will occur at the Contractor facilities.

    The start dates for the Work Packages will be specified at Contract award and estimated start dates are detailed in the RFP.
