The Department of National Defence has a requirement to purchase Qty. one (1) x Flat Deck, 35 Ton payload, 53 ft, Tridem, and ancillary items, as described in Annex A – Pricing, and Annex B – Requirement, and in accordance with Supply Arrangement E60HP-19TRHV/HP (HEAVY TRAILERS - REMORQUES LOURDES), Configuration 3B.
This bid solicitation process is open only to suppliers holding a Supply Arrangement (SA) under the Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) E60HP-19TRHV.

As a requirement of the SA, this notice is published on Buyandsell.gc.ca for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.
The requested delivery date for the above-mentioned goods is on or before 120 days ARO.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
