This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 2.7 Needs Analysis and Research Consultant:

Description of the Requirement:
The Federal Economic Development Agency for Southern Ontario (FedDev Ontario/the Agency) requires consultants to undertake professional services for economic research and analysis.
The project will help identify gaps and opportunities for the southern Ontario innovation and business supports ecosystem, and include an analysis of priority areas of needs across the region and for FedDev Ontario to consider as it assesses potential approaches to supporting ecosystems. These investments help to foster innovation, create conditions for regional success, grow regional assets, and boost competitiveness in global markets.
This final report will focus on the following aspects:
1. Key Drivers for Ecosystem Investments
2. Areas of Greatest Opportunity for the Southern Ontario Ecosystem
3. Best Practices and Generating Strong Returns; New Approaches to Ecosystem Support
4. Considerations for Developing Performance Metrics
