Description

Environment and Climate Change Canada has a requirement for the supply of one (1) hybrid multi-mode microplate reader. 

  • Must have detection modes for UV-Vis absorbance, fluorescence, fluorescence polarization (FP), time-resolved fluorescence (TRF), TR-FRET and luminescence
  • Must have read modes for endpoint, kinetic, spectral scanning and well area scanning
  • Must accommodate 96 and 384 well microplate types
  • Must be able to control temperature to 70°C with a 4-zone temperature control system
  • Must include linear, orbital, and double orbital shaking capabilities
  • Must have a Xenon flash light source
