RFP Scope:
Over the last year, our Brand in-house agency team, has gone through a restructure and new processes were introduced to support the new structure. This work resulted in opportunities identified to: strengthen the intake request and prioritization processes, improve capacity planning, and our current workflow tool– Workfront was reconfigured, to further optimize work cross-functionally amongst the team.
Workfront is the Adobe tool currently used in Brand to manage project work across the planning, design, production, and execution teams. FCC has been using Workfront for the last five years. The workflow system was implemented prior to the organization moving to remote and hybrid work models. Considering the evolution to our new ways of working, we feel there continue to be opportunities for improvement to drive adoption, efficiency and collaboration amongst the teams, processes and within the various systems used today.
The objective of the project and desired future state is to evaluate our current processes, systems, and tools to create a sustainable structure that can support the Brand team today and well into the future.
A desired outcome is to identify opportunities to do things differently, to be as efficient and effective as possible, both from a structure, systems and positions perspective, support more agile implementation, and adapt to a hybrid / remote work environment.
