Description

The CORE eCRM Project is focused on developing and implementing an electronic case management system (eCRM) and portal with online complaint form to support the CORE’s operations and attainment of its business goals, and to ensure the integrity of the CORE’s Human Rights Responsibility Mechanism (HRRM) business processes (i.e. to ensure that all relevant steps are completed and protected information saved appropriately). This system is intended to be scalable, accessible, and may eventually include other mechanisms such as a navigator (as an example of a navigator, view the link: https://navigatetribunalsontario.ca/ltb/)

In support of the CORE eCRM and portal development, CORE requires the professional services of a team made up of the following resource types, to carry out and deliver technical, business analysis, and project-related services.

Workstream 1 resources:

  1. Business Analyst
  2. Change Management Consultant
  3. Project Manager

Workstream 2 resources:

  1. ERP Programmer Analyst (Microsoft D365 specialist)
  2. PowerApp / Web Developer
  3. Technical Architect
  4. Technology Architect / Solution Designer

Estimated quantity of commodity: 180 days/resource

Duration of contract: Initial Contract Period of one (1) year with one (1), one (1) year Option Period.

Time frame of delivery: (2022-11-21) to (2023-11-21)
