    Description

    Purpose of this Advance Procurement Notice

    This is not a bid solicitation. This is an advance notice of a potential contract with no anticipated security requirements. Note that there is no guarantee that this contract will proceed.

    Description of the Program and Services

    The Consultants will be required to provide “as and when required” Contaminated Sites assessment and Monitoring services to meet the following type of work:

    • Environmental Site Assessment (ESA), Monitoring and Remediation projects, including all stages of the Federal Approach to Contaminated Sites
    • Environmental compliance monitoring, audits, and inspections, and providing advice on infrastructure-related environmental management issues

      It is anticipated that this solicitation will be initiated in Fall 2022/Winter 2023. This is conditional on the contract receiving approval to proceed by the Department of National Defence (DND).
