RFP Scope:

FCC is seeking to lease approximately 6,000 – 7,000 usable square feet of office space in Stratford, ON. The intention is to lease the office space for a period of five (5) years, with two (2) additional five (5) year extension options. For a complete list of requirements, refer to the RFP Scope (Part 4) for further details.

RFP Schedule:

• RFP issue date: October 21, 2022
• Vendor questions accepted until: October 28, 2022 at 2:00PM*
• RFP closing date and time: November 18, 2022 at 2:00 PM *
