Description of the Requirement:

Health Canada, Corporate Services Branch (CSB) has a requirement for one (1) TSPS Level 3 Project Manager for Real Property with the knowledge and experience in strategic planning that will ensure the timely delivery of projects. Projects will vary in size, complexity and location. “Typical” projects are within the existing laboratories and will include but is not limited to, restoration, renovation, new fit-up, system repair and system upgrade.

1. The contractor/offeror must, at all times during the performance of the contract/standing offer, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
2. The contractor/offeror personnel requiring access to protected information, assets or sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC
3. The contractor/offeror must not remove any protected information or assets from the identified work site(s), and the contractor/offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction
4. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC
5. The contractor/offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
   1. Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C.
   2. Contract Security Manual (latest edition)

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Date of Contract Award to March 31, 2024.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort for the Project Manager for the initial contract period is 310 days and for each option period 248 days.
