Description of Work:
The Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) has identified a requirement for up to six (6) qualified consultants to provide Facilitation on an as-and-when required basis. This often requires a quick turnaround in order to respond to the ever changing learning needs of the departmental personnel.
The Bidder is required to propose at least one (1) resource to perform the duties as described in Annex “A” – Statement of Work. DFATD is looking for a maximum of six (6) resources. The Bidder may propose multiple resources and only the top six (6) resources with the highest combined scores of technical merit and price among all proposals will be recommended for contract award. Up to six (6) contracts may be awarded.
The period of each Contract will be from the date of Contract award to March 31, 2023. Each Contract will include the option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions.

- The contractor must, at all times during the performance of the contract, hold a valid designated organization screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC)
- The contractor personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must each hold a valid Reliability status, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC
- Subcontracts which contain security requirements are not to be awarded without the prior written permission of the CSP, PWGSC
- The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the:
- Security Requirements Check List attached at Annex “C”
- Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition)
