This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category(ies):

One (1) Level 3 – 3.8 Financial Specialist

Description of the Requirement: 

The objective of this contract is to obtain third party expertise and perspective of the economic factors that impact the NPP, and a more definitive assessment of the supporting accounts and their interrelationships between departmental capacity constraints and the ability to execute the NPP.
