Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):
Resource Category and Level of Expertise
(B.1) Business Analyst - Level 3
(B.1) Business Analyst: User Experience (UX) Specialist - Level 3
(B.5) Business Process Re-Engineering (BPR) Consultant - Level 3
(B.7) Business Transformation Architect - Level 3
The estimated number of resources may fluctuate up or down depending on operational requirements, the number of engagements running concurrently and the complexity of the engagements.
Description of Work:
IMTD requires additional resources to assist with the delivery and support of existing and upcoming projects leveraging various technologies. These resources will supplement existing staff to ensure that new and existing IM/IT projects adhere to the established project management and delivery processes that have been developed to provide for the efficient and effective management and delivery of IM/IT products or services to TBS clients. Bidders must submit a bid for the identified resource categories. In the last 12 months, similar services are currently being or have been performed by:
- Modis under contract No. 24062A21-239 for a contract value estimated at $1,659,292.00 for the period from April 2021 to April 2023.
- Maplesoft under contract No. 24062A21-239 for a contract value estimated at $1,659,292.00 for the period from April 2021 to April 2023.
Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
