Description of Work:
Infrastructure Canada (INFC) (“the Client”) is seeking advisory services on the challenges and opportunities facing local governments in maintaining and developing critical public infrastructure, and what this means for the use of alternative finance models such as P3s or the Canada Infrastructure Bank (CIB), including how they can be leveraged for support.
