TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada (CIRNAC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: 2.11 Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist.

Description of the Requirement:

The department of CIRNAC is seeking the professional services of firms who are capable of providing resource(s) under Task and Solutions Professional Services (TSPS), Category 2.11 Information/Records Management/Recordkeeping Specialist at the Senior Level.

CIRNAC ATIP Directorate request the professional services of six (6) Senior ATIP Consultants to satisfy the immediate need for operations and privacy policy experts and may request in the future additional resource(s) to satisfy their ongoing need.

The intent of this solicitation is to award three (3) Contracts. The services will be required on an as and required basis. For each work requirement, the services will be requested with a separate Task Authorization (TA).

Level of Security Requirement:

• Resource Minimum Security Level Required is Secret.
• Company Minimum Security Level Required is Secret.
• Document Safeguarding Security Level Required is Protected B.

Applicable Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the “Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)”, “North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)”, “World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)”, “the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), “Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP)”, “Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement”, “Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement”, “Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement”, “Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement”, “Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement”, “Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement”, and “Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement”.

Proposed period of contract: The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to December 31^st, 2023 inclusive.

Option to Extend the Contract : The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.

Estimated Level of Effort (LoE): The LoE is 220 days per resource annually.
