This requirement is open only to those SBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the
National Capital Region for the Managed Services Stream.

Health Canada (HC) has a requirement for technology solutions, specifically a requirement for the provision of a managed service for the VaccineConnect platform. This will require the full management of a solution as a service, including Service Management (incident, problem, and change), application support, account creation & support, and the ongoing support and operations of the platform. Bidders may submit a bid for one or all resource categories.
