The barn area is (1360 sf) 126.4 m2, 34 ft x 40 ft wide at both the 2nd level oriented North South, single level with accessible upper hay loft and ground level lean-to 15 ft x 40 ft long structure attached and accessible to the barn ground floor area, located on West side of the barn. The existing foundations consist of the original shallow concrete footing and "newer replaced", grade supported interior concrete floor in the lower level barn area. The structural assessment report will be provided in the second stage of the tender.
