Quantum RF Sensing Lab Consumables
GSIN: N5840
DRDC Ottawa Research Center is setting a quantum RF sensing lab. The purpose of the lab is to investigate novel sensing protocols in the lab and assess potential utility to Defence applications. Lab consumables are required as a part of the lab.

There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement.
It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement.
Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement.
The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received.
Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail.
