    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-18TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for category 2.12 Evaluation Consultant.

    Description of the Requirement: 

    Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires the services of one (1) Evaluation Services Consultant to complete the final step (step 3) of the Indigenous Guardians Pilot Evaluation Strategy, the Comprehensive Evaluation of the Indigenous Guardians Pilot.

    Level of Security Requirement:

    • Company Minimum Security Level Required: Protected B
    • Resource minimum Security Level Required: Protected B
    • Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: Protected B – DOS

    Applicable Trade Agreements:

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP)”, “the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the “Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 31, 2024.

    Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 195 days.
