    Description

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a firm quantity of 6,000 each of Lanyard in accordance with RCMP Specification G.S. 1045-050 dated 2022-10-12.

    The requirement includes three (3) options of 1500 Lanyard each that can be exercised within twelve (12), twenty-four (24) and thirty-six (36) months of contract award, respectively.

    The Specification can be found attached to the Request for Proposal (RFP).

    The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

    The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods in accordance with Article 503.4 (a) of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement.

    Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract (1 contract only).
