Description of the Requirement:
Parks Canada Agency has a requirement for business advisory services to support the development of a Procurement Management Framework (PMF). The PMF will strengthen oversight and management practices and will position the procurement function to fulfill the desired strategic enabler role. In addition, PCA requires support to develop an action plan to operationalize the PMF.
Level of Security Requirement:
There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract.
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract to July 14, 2023 inclusive.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 30 days.
