Request for Proposals (RFP) – Privileged Access Management
About FCC:
FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture and food lender, with a healthy loan portfolio of more than $47 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and food. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and food industry. As a self-sustaining Crown corporation, we provide an appropriate return to our shareholder, and reinvest our profits back into the industry and communities we serve. For more information, visit fcc.ca.
RFP Scope:
FCC is a cloud centric organization that uses a diverse set of systems to support various business initiatives. Privileged access to these systems is currently managed traditionally, which includes many manual processes and opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhanced security. FCC is looking to mature its privileged access management posture by acquiring a Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution to manage privileged access to its systems. A successful requisition will result in the implementation of the first phase of a PAM solution and a strategy for rolling out remaining phases of the solution’s capabilities to align with FCC’s use cases and requirements.
FCC has roughly 2500 users that operate in a hybrid model of remote work and working at FCC locations across Canada. FCC’s corporate office is in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada with field offices located across the country.
FCC requires a PAM solution to mitigate risk and establish well-defined audit trail related to privileged access of its systems. The solution must provide PAM capabilities that FCC can apply to modern architectures as well as legacy architectures and custom applications. The proponent will be required to validate and refine FCC’s use cases and requirements, propose implementation prioritization of PAM capabilities to maximize return, and assist with implementation and adoption of the PAM solution.
For a complete list of requirements, refer to the RFP Scope (Part 4) for further details.
