TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 30003434 dated February 03, 2023 with a closing of February 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM (AST). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of The Fish and Fish Habitat Protection Program of the department of Fisheries & Oceans Canada for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for one (1) 5.4 Professional Engineer. It is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract to one (1) bidder for a period from April 1st, 2023 to October 31st, 2023 inclusive.

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from April 1st 2023 to October 31st, 2023.
