Description of the Requirement:
A Consultant is required who specializes in Portfolio Planning to help develop an organizational “playbook” document that will identify the Owner Investor Group’s (OIG) mandate, key functions and areas of responsibility. This consultant will also assist OIG on an “when and as required” basis in other areas of Portfolio Planning, Process Mapping, Policy development, Information and Asset Organizing as well as any other needs OIG deems necessary after reviewing the consultants assessment of OIG.

The proposed period of the contract shall be from date of contract award to March 31, 2026.
