Requirement: 
Transport Canada requires the supply and delivery of a vibratory
single-drum soil compactor that
will be used in an airport environment. The compactor must be
delivered to the Waskaganish airport, Waskaganish, Quebec,
Canada, J0M 1R0.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Trade
Agreements: NAFTA /AIT / Canada FTAs with Peru / Colombia /
Panama.


Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the following Comprehensive Land
Claims Agreements: James Bay and Northern Quebec Agreement -
Cree Portion.
Delivery Date: Above-mentioned

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
