Nature of Requirements: 

The closing date of the Request For Proposal is changed from September 18 to September 25, 2017, 2pm.

Requirement:  To supply liquid nitrogen, as and when ordered, including one supplier owned storage tank, in accordance with the Requirement at Annex "A" of the Request for Proposal.

Contract Period: From November 1, 2017 to October 31, 2022 (5 years) inclusive.

Rental Tank: The Contractor must supply, install and maintain a 700 to 900 US gallons tank capacity.

EstimatedQuantity: The estimated annual quantity of 54,000 liters is based on an average quantity of liquid nitrogen purchased over the past 5 
years.

Delivery frequency: The frequency of delivery is 2 to 3 times a month.


Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free 



Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
