Statement of Work: 
Provide dry cleaning services, on an as-and-when requested basis, for more than 6 clients (almost all of them rea located in CFB Bagotville area). Services will be paid at unit prices per laundering for more than 30 items of clothing. Bidders must have the appropriate equipment and vehicles, as well as the personnel needed to handle the high volume of dry cleaning that needs to be done in a short period of time (in particular during the summer for cadets). Estimated expenditure: $50,000.00 on a period of twelve months.

Client: 
For the Department of National Defence - CFB Bagotville, Jonquiere Armoury, and Naval Reserve Chicoutimi, Quebec.

Contract Period:
One year, from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 with two years in option.

Security Requirements: 
Circulation in the controlled area of CFB Bagotville requires a pass or an escort.
Bidders must have personnel able to acquire a pass as soon as possible after the awarding of the contract; an escort may be provided by CFB Bagotville at the beginning of the contract in order to fulfill this requirement.

Trade Agreements :
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and the Chile, Colombia, Honduras, Korea, Panama Trade Agreements with Canada.
