Nature of Requirements: 
Provide all products-labour, tools equipment and supervision
necessary for snow-removal service, as set out in this Statement
of Work (SOW) for the following sites: Rimouski Armoury Rue
St-Jean-Baptiste, Rimouski Naval Reserve 84 Montee Industrielle 
and Rimouski Naval Reserve, Rue de la Marina,  Qc.

Snow removal includes the removal and disposal of snow and ice,
spread sand and salt. The work must be done as and when
precipitation measurement, and this, from contract award.

The contractor  must have completed at least one (1) contract of
a similar scope in the same field as the Request for Proposal. 
"Similar scope" means a contract worth at least   $30 000   for 
 one season.

The Contractor must be in possession of and keep in good working
order any heavy equipment required to perform the work in
accordance with the specificaiton at Annex "A" Statement of work.

Contract Period:  From October 1st, 2012 to September 30, 2015
(3 years) with two years in option.
