Nature of Requirements: 
Provide sanitary and storm sewer system cleaning services for
DRDC Defense Canada - Valcartier, Qc.  the contractor will use
equipment designed exclusively for sewer cleaning and removal of
obtructions (sand, gravel, etc...).  The contractor will also
responsible for disposing of the waste resulting from this
service and this will be included in the contractor's price.

There will be an optional site visit on:  December 17,  2012 at
10h00 a.m.  
at:  Defense R & D Canada (DRDC Valcartier) to 24 59 blv PIE-XI,
Nord Quebec, G3J 1X5.
If interested, you must confirm your attendance to the
contracting authority.

In this file, enhanced reliability requirements have been issued
by the DIS (Director, Industrial Security).

Period of the stading offer from February 1st 2013 , to January
31,  2015 (2 years) with two (2) years in option.

Estimated expenses:  105 000$ (with GST) (for 4 years)
