The purpose of this notice is to advise industry that, upon
completion of an options analysis of this requirement, Canada
has determined it will not seek a complete Manned Airborne
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Platform solution
due to reasons of security and technical feasibility.  Rather,
it is anticipated Canada will competitively procure some
elements and obtain the others directly from the US government.

Upon request, a debriefing with interested respondents may be
arranged.

Canada would like to thank all respondents for their interest
and responses to this Letter of Interest.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
