The Department of National Defence has a requirement for:

SIGNAL ILLUMINATION, ALUMINUM CASE 19MM, SINGLE STAR, GREEN,
3000.0 CP, 6 SECOND BURN TIME, PISTOL PROJECTED, 65.0 METRE
PROJECTED HEIGHT. DESIGNED FOR GROUND USE., 

This requirement is for a initial quatity of 1000 for year 2013,
an option for quantity 500 in year 2014 and 1,000 for year 2015.
