The Contractor must supply the items as detailed in Annex A, and/or Annex B,and/or Annex C, and/or Annex D, and/or Annex E. DEVIATION This requirement deviates from the standard medium complexity template. Bidders are to refer to the following sections of the RFP: PART 2 - BIDDER INSTRUCTION 3. Submission of Bids; 6. Basis of Payment; and 9. Equivalent Products. PART 3 - EVALUATION PROCEDURES AND BASIS OF SELECTION 2. Basis of Selection. PART 4 - CERTIFICATIONS 3. Code of Conduct and Certifications - Related documentation; and 4. Federal Contractors Program for Employment Equity - Bid Certification.
