This notice provides the opportunity for interested suppliers to qualify for the Next Generation Fighting Vehicle Project (NGFV).

This Invitation to Qualify (hereinafter referred to as ITQ) is neither a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor a solicitation of bids or tenders and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada. Canada reserves the right to cancel this procurement at any time during the ITQ phase or any other phase of the procurement process. Given that this ITQ may be cancelled by Canada, it may not result in any of the subsequent procurement processes described in this document. Suppliers may withdraw from the process at any time, as the ITQ is not a tender.

The objective of this ITQ is to qualify responsive Suppliers to proceed to the subsequent phase(s) of this procurement process. The responsive Suppliers will be hereinafter referred to "NGFV Qualified Suppliers". Only NGFV Qualified Suppliers will be permitted to receive the RFP.

Interested Suppliers are invited to qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ in order to become "Qualified Suppliers" for the following phases of the procurement process. This ITQ opportunity is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal (RFP). 

Canada has engaged SAMSON & ASSOCIÉS CPA/CONSULTATION INC. as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
